After the initial consultation we will provide you with an estimate of our time and price per hour.  Generally our hourly rates for real estate related consulting range from $100/hour to $150/hour depending on the complexity and size of project.

This is where QAG digs deep into economic or industry factors regarding your specific investment and produces a risk assessment of your holdings or potential holdings.  These assessments are customized specifically to your wants and needs of your investments.

This type of research is specific to your needs and therefore requires dedicated time from our side.  Pricing for this type of research is $185/hour with a minimum of 10 hours.

These reports cover technical and fundamental analysis of publicly traded stocks or bonds, private equity or securities, or real estate of all types.  These are customized reports for you to make an educated assessment of whether you should invest in that particular instrument.  Each report covers a single investment.

These reports are comprehensive analyzing all parts of the investment.  Reports for publicly traded stocks and bonds are $500.  Private equity or securities are $1,000 and single property real estate starts at $1,200.

Here, QAG takes a holistic approach assessing your complete portfolio and analyzing the risk of that portfolio.  This is highly specialized to your investments requiring a great deal of expertise in analytics.  Results are provided to you in written form with a verbal review.  Even though we try to be as comprehensive as possible these verbal sessions usually result in further “what if” analysis requirements.

As much as we try to standardize the process of these assessments, they are customized for each portfolio requiring a minimum time requirement.  Pricing is set at $225/hour with a minimum of 10 hours.

If we are required to work in your office, or if work cannot be done remotely, than all travel expenses will be paid by the client as well as the full hourly rate for travel time.
